What our customers are saying
Thank you
Diane,
Thank you for everything.
NG has given me the most valuable experiences I could ask for.
I feel valued at NG. Without this experience I wouldn’t have felt comfortable to work in this style of job until after my degree, so thank you.
You have done so much for me and I hope to pay you back some way in the future.

Been in touch with Diane for the past few months in regards to a new property I'm moving into next year and she's been extremely kind and helpful with all my enquiries. Diane always makes sure she meets my needs within a very short amount of time and I couldn't have asked for someone better! A Thank You with Flowers and Chocolates
After completing a very successful week with us, 15 year old Yuvraj, who quite frankly, was exceptional when it came to professionalism and fitting in, decided to show his gratitude with stunning flowers and a box of chocolates.
You are welcome any time Yuvraj.
You may have noticed that we weren't quite quick enough to get pics of the chocolates!

It is always difficult when dealing with historic rent arrears, but oh so rewarding when you recoup every last penny for the landlord.

Another happy tenant - Wow ? amazing people at Norman Galloway lettings ,Dianne is an absolute diamond - Google Review
Wow ? amazing people at Norman Galloway lettings,Dianne is an absolute diamond, They are all very professional and very kind-hearted, and have really helped me out in the last 7months.
I have recently helped them out by holding onto some keys for them and passing them to the next person etc .
So I got a knock at the door today and I was amazed it was a lovely gift from Dianne and the rest of the team it was a box of chocolates and a lovely card to state how much they were thankful for my help, I couldn’t believe my eyes, such amazing people had thought of me and sent me a gift and it really touched my heart I even teared up a little,
Thank you so much for all of you at Gallaway lettings I’d highly recommend you any day, much love Samantha
