Refund Policy

At Norman Galloway Lettings, we aim to delight our landlords with our service. Should that not be the case for reasons out of our control,  we would aim to make things right. We do not want any issues to remain unresolved. Norman Galloway Lettings will always seek a reasonable solution to put things right. If, however, for whatever reason, that is not achieved, please see our refund policy below;

Property management – The initial payment of £150 for setup is non-refundable once service has commenced. The management contract is for a minimum term of 12 months and is by monthly instalments from 10% per calendar month (N.B. this is from 12% for HMO’s and overseas landlords by agreement).  Once the initial term has expired, then one month notice in writing is required to terminate the contract. Norman Galloway Lettings will refund any monies held in the float or on account to the original payer. Refunds will not be given in cash. Refunds will be made within 14 working days, subject to relevant documentation received as requested.

Goods and Services - Should there be any reason for a refund to be issued concerning goods and services, the refund will be made to the original payer. Refunds will not be given in cash. Refunds will be made within 14 days, subject to relevant documentation received as requested.
