It really is so lovely when you provide a home to a teenage mum and toddler and you know that the extra mile you go is genuinely appreciated.
It is always difficult when dealing with historic rent arrears, but oh so rewarding when you recoup every last penny for the landlord.
After completing a very successful week with us, 15 year old Yuvraj, who quite frankly, was exceptional when it came to professionalism and fitting in, decided to show his gratitude with stunning flowers and a box of chocolates.
