The older I get… the less I care. 

Not about people.
Not about doing a good job.
Not about treating people well.

I care less about trying to please everyone.

One thing I’ve learned is that no matter what you do, someone will have an opinion. So I’d rather spend my energy building a life and business I’m proud of than chasing approval I’ll never get.

Back yourself.
