A studio apartment that offers something you don't always find in this type of property - genuine living space and a separate kitchen.
This generously sized apartment provides a large bedroom and lounge area with plenty of room to create a comfortable sleeping area as well as a separate space to relax, work or entertain. The layout gives the apartment a sense of space and flexibility, making it feel more like a home rather than simply a room with a bed.
The separate kitchen, complete with white goods, is another real advantage, keeping cooking and living areas apart and giving you a more practical everyday layout. The property also benefits from a private shower room.
Located in Sneinton, the apartment is ideally placed for both convenience and connectivity. A good selection of local shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, cafés and takeaways are close by, making it easy to pick up your everyday essentials without having to travel far. There are also a number of places of worship in the surrounding area.
For those commuting or heading into Nottingham city centre, the location works particularly well, with regular bus services nearby and Nottingham railway station within easy reach. The city centre offers an extensive choice of shopping, restaurants, cafés, entertainment and leisure facilities, all readily accessible from the property.
At £750 per calendar month, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a spacious and well-positioned studio with the added benefit of a separate kitchen and white goods included.
A practical home, a generous amount of space and a location that puts Nottingham within easy reach.

Tenant Information
Our tenant fees
Once you have seen a property and have decided that you would like to rent it, the next step is easy, simply complete Norman Galloway's application form. All of our forms are easily accessible online and can be completed in minutes. You can upload any documents that we need using your computer, tablet or smartphone. However, if you get stuck we are always on hand. Our agency will not progress an application until the holding deposit has been paid and an online application form is completed by each of the applicant(s). To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you complete your application form(s) within 48 hours.
The holding deposit is the equivalent of one week’s rent, which once paid, is offset against the total balance due.
A tenancy cannot be completed until the agreed first month’s rent and deposit are paid in full. On occasions, the Landlord may request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing. The holding deposit is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.
By paying the holding deposit, the property you have reserved will be taken off the market and all future viewings cancelled, and it is therefore deemed fair that the tenant will receive no refund should they later decide not to take up the tenancy or fail to move in on the agreed proposed check in date.
If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
