There’s no need to worry about any repairs or maintenance issues during the festive holidays, as your tenants can report them as normal here:

If you wish to make your own arrangements to address any emergencies during this period please email us to let us know.
If you are likely to have an empty property during this time, do get in touch as we will do our best to find you the perfect tenant.

Don’t forget to let us know if you are going to be away from your home for more than 24 hours, and to leave your heating on a frost-free setting or low. This will help to prevent burst water pipes. Make sure that you turn your main water tap off too.
