Whilst the lettings industry is facing many unprecedented challenges - not as much as some, but more than others, Norman Galloway Lettings have come in to their own. We have always tackled all things lettings, very differently to other agents. So swiftly moving from one approach to another, from one way of working to a different, and so on, has been taken in our stride.
The two key directors, Terry and myself, who work in the business on a day to to basis, not only enjoy the challenges that this brings - but it's absolutely in our makeup. Not that Terry tends to wear make-up might I add.
We relish a good challenge, and can be found batting ideas off one another over the phone, well into the night. If one approach doesn't quite fit, we try another, and another, until one does. We are fearsome once we get the bit between our teeth.
It's generally at times like these that the agile and resilient amongst us, not only survive, but grow. That being said, we are acutely aware, that sometimes circumstances dictate that for many, times can be hard and often very cruel. We do not rest on our laurels and nor are we complacent.
We are always happy to help other businesses and individuals when we can, and work hard to develop those key relationships that we all need to survive. We love it when a business or an individual comes to our attention when they are in need of some support, help or guidance. We see this as a positive, and an opportunity to offer help when it may be most needed. We do whatever we can to help them find a solution. Believing that there always is one - you sometimes just need a little help to find it.
